Then send it to your correct contract contact at CivicWell for review prior to finalizing the contract for signatures.***
New Partners / Fiscal Partners (do not currently have a contract for the 22-23 service year)
CA/WA Partners: Download and fill in the forms “CA:WA - 23-24 CivicSpark Service Agreement” and the “CivicSpark Partner Contact Details” page.
CO Partners: Download and fill in the forms “CO - 23-24 CivicSpark Service Agreement” and the “CivicSpark Partner Contact Details” page.
